I’m a marketing and communications professional with over 10 years of experience in content strategy, content development, and project management. I’ve worked across multiple industries, including healthcare, tech, non-profit, and education for organizations big and small. 

My work has been featured on Forbes, a Fortune 500 company’s blog, and other corporate and non-profit sites. Some of my favorite content development projects have focused on promoting innovation in the healthcare industry, celebrating customer success, elevating corporate sustainability efforts, and boosting the voices of women in the workplace.

I have a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Oregon. 

I live in San Francisco with my fiancé. Outside of work, I enjoy yoga classes at my neighborhood studio, exploring the many parks in SF, ski trips in Tahoe, camping in Big Sur, visiting family and friends in Napa and the east bay area, and more.
